**Digital Products**: We sell digital products including website templates, UI kits, components, and related digital assets. All products are provided "as is" and are licensed, not sold.

**Template License**: Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for your personal or commercial projects. You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share the template files with others.

**Customization Services**: We offer professional customization services for an additional fee. Customization requests are subject to a separate agreement and timeline.

**Hosting Services**: We provide optional hosting services for customers who purchase our templates. Hosting terms, including storage limits and bandwidth, are specified in the hosting plan details.

**Currency**: All prices are listed in Danish Krone (DKK) or as otherwise specified. Prices may be converted to your local currency by your payment provider.

**Payment Methods**: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

**Taxes**: Prices may be subject to VAT or other applicable taxes depending on your location. EU customers will be charged VAT as required by law.

**Subscription Services**: Some services are offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

**Digital Products**: Due to the nature of digital products, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Refund requests must include the reason for dissatisfaction.

**Customization Services**: Customization services are non-refundable once work has begun. If work has not started, you may request a full refund.

**Hosting Services**: Hosting services may be cancelled at any time. Refunds for prepaid hosting periods are provided on a pro-rata basis.

**Refund Process**: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

**Our Content**: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, templates, and software, is the property of ServixerSpace or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

**Your Content**: You retain all rights to content you upload or submit. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it for providing the Service.

**Template Usage**: Templates may be used for personal and commercial projects. You may NOT: • Resell or redistribute template files • Use templates in competing template/theme marketplaces • Remove or alter copyright notices • Claim ownership of the template design

**Attribution**: Attribution is appreciated but not required for standard licenses. Extended licenses may have different requirements.

**Hosting Provision**: We provide reliable hosting infrastructure for your purchased templates. Our hosting includes SSL certificates, regular backups, and 24/7 monitoring.

**Uptime Guarantee**: We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

**Domain Services**: We can assist with domain registration and management. Domain registration is subject to ICANN policies and the terms of our domain registrar partners.

**Content Responsibility**: You are responsible for all content hosted on your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts hosting illegal, harmful, or policy-violating content.

**Data Backup**: While we perform regular backups, we recommend maintaining your own backups. We are not responsible for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.

**Account Creation**: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

**Account Responsibilities**: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

**Account Termination**: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

**Data Upon Termination**: Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 30 days. You may request export of your data during this period.

You agree NOT to: • Use the Service for any illegal purpose • Violate any intellectual property rights • Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt the Service • Engage in automated data collection without permission • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation • Use the Service to compete with ServixerSpace • Resell or redistribute our products without authorization • Circumvent any technical protection measures

**Disclaimer**: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

**Limitation**: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServixerSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

**Maximum Liability**: Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

**Exceptions**: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability. In such cases, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

**Governing Law**: These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.

**Jurisdiction**: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Odense, Denmark.

**Dispute Resolution**: Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

**EU Consumers**: EU consumers may be entitled to bring proceedings in their local courts and may have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr
